Parts

A failed component can bring an entire operation to a standstill. Reclaim Source helps locate hard-to-find, obsolete and discontinued industrial parts through our network of equipment owners, suppliers and industry contacts across the U.S. and internationally.

Whether you need a replacement motor, gearbox, control component or a part for an older production line, send us what you have. We’ll work to identify sourcing options, confirm available details and help coordinate the purchase and shipping.

Parts You Need.

Parts sourcing for operating plants and maintenance teams

We help source individual components, replacement assemblies and surplus parts for manufacturing, processing, recycling, mining, aggregate and other industrial operations.

Electrical and controls: PLCs, HMIs, drives, circuit breakers, contactors, MCC components, power supplies and control boards.

Mechanical and power transmission: Motors, gearboxes, reducers, bearings, couplings, brakes and drive assemblies.

Hydraulics and pneumatics: Pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, manifolds and related components.

Process equipment: Pumps, seals, instrumentation, actuators, heat-exchanger components and equipment-specific replacement parts.

Material handling: Conveyor components, rollers, pulleys, drives and parts for bulk-handling systems.

Legacy equipment: Obsolete components, discontinued assemblies and parts for equipment with limited manufacturer support.

Availability and condition vary by item. Depending on the requirement, sourcing options may include new surplus, used, rebuilt or refurbished components.

Urgent sourcing when production is stopped

If your plant or production line is down, make that clear when you contact us. Include your required delivery date and shipping destination so we can focus the search on options that fit your situation.

Before a purchase moves forward, we work with you and the supplier to confirm part identification, stated condition, available documentation and shipping arrangements. Your maintenance or engineering team should approve compatibility, including any proposed substitute.

Send us the details—even if you don’t have everything

The more information you provide, the more focused the search can be:
  • Manufacturer, part number, equipment model and serial number

  • Photos of part/nameplate, quantity and acceptable condition

  • Delivery location and required date

If the part number is missing, start with photos and the equipment information. We’ll review what you have and determine the next step.

Have surplus parts to sell?

Unused storeroom inventory, spare assemblies and parts from retired equipment may still have value. Reclaim Source helps owners market individual high-value components, grouped inventories and complete surplus-parts packages.
