10 Tons/Day Continuous Tire Pyrolysis Plant – High-Capacity Tire Recycling

This high-capacity Tire Pyrolysis Plant offers continuous processing with a throughput of 10 tons of tire material per day, producing carbon black, light oil, and heavy oil. Originally purchased in 2013 and tested in both China and Michigan, this plant includes upgraded burners and operates on syn gas after natural gas startup. An optional 120 hp shredder can be added for enhanced pre-processing. The plant is ideal for converting waste tires into valuable by-products, though some additional conveyors may be needed for complete setup.
